1. Dilute Alkalol before using the product for nasal irrigation purposes. Mix equal parts Alkalol and warm water or nasal saline solution.
2. Add Alkalol to the Alkalol Nasal Wash Cup following the chart provided.
3. Holding one finger over the larger opening, place the spout end of the Alkalol Nasal Wash Cup into one nostril.
4. While facing forward, release your finger.
5. Blow through your nose without closing off either nostril.
